Walmart.com Customer Service is Sh!t

Oh, how I love Walmart. No, not really...not too much anymore. Not after how shitty their payment processing is. It's like playing a game with their payment processing. Keep trying different payments and the same payments over and over until it goes through. So far only Bill me Later works...and that's only half the time. I like to buy my Virgin Mobile top-up cards through Walmart since it's cheaper and has none of those other annoying phone fees nor taxes. But trying to buy these cards are getting ridiculous. I've tried Paypal to directly fund from my bank account and to try BillmeLater. Didn't work. Tried it again for BillmeLater through Paypal. Didn't work. Tried my debit card directly. Nope. Tried BillmeLater. Fuck that. Tried Paypal to use my debit card. Screwed.
Wow, how I love you Walmart. It's like playing a game with my money. Thanks for all of the pending transactions for the next few days you piece of shit payment processing errors. WTF is wrong with your system.

That was the most unhelpful answer I have ever received from a company. You should probably read the whole inquiry rather than pick out key words and give out stupid answers that are barely relevant.

K so remember when I blogged about Lovelyshoes.net and how they have cute shoes and they're cheap but then ripped me off? Well I got my money back! I couldnt just sit there and let them take my money so I emailed everyone in their damn staff list then called paypal and Kim, the Paypal specialist was nice enough to understand my situation. She emailed them saying that they need to reimburse me for my shipment order or give me a full refund.

They gave me a full refund!

I will never try to buy from here again.

I also did more research and everyone has different situations and experiences. Some are good and some are bad. The shoes that comes will come good or bad depending on style. Overall they are cheap for a reason and the shipping comes out as much as the shoes. The sizes are also inconsistent. I think I'll just buy from payless or elsewhere from now on, that way I can try them on and see the quality for myself. :\

So I went to their website because they were a participating merchant from paypal asia and said that all the participating merchants give free shipping. They charged me 45 dollars!! So all together they charged me about 60 dollars. I emailed them telling them what happened and they said that they cant cancel the order because its "company policy". What kind of shit is that? I even went to their website to check my order status and it said that I didn't pay for it!! What the fuck? I paid twice that amount! I called paypal and hopefully they can resolve it. I'm counting on you paypal specialist XO
