Police nervousness

I have this weird thing where even though I never did anything wrong, when I see a policeman I get nervous as though I did. Is anyone else like that?

Like this moment:

I was driving my friend's new car from work.

A policeman turns on his lights, and becasue I was so nervous, I pulled over immediately like as if there was no tomorrow.

After I pulled over I put it in park, turned off the car, and took off my seatbelt.

WTF Took off my seatbelt? Why the hell would a sane person do that when they get pulled over?! For some reason, in the back of my subconscious mind, I thought he was going to tell me to step out of the car and tackle me down. I was that fucking nervous.

He came over and asked if I knew why I got pulled over and nervously said no.

"You seem to have no license plate"

That's when my friend answered for me, "There's the register paper taped on the back of the window."

Looking towards the back window, "Oh okay. You're unable to see it becasue your windows are so tinted so I suggest that you put it on where your license plate is supposed to be"
He then asked me for my driver's license...and like a dumbass...I didn't have it. I always have my damn driver's license, what the hell was up with today?I always put it in my wallet and always leave it in my bag.

Even though I knew that I didn't have it, I pretended to search for it.

"Er...sorry I don't have it with me "

"Do you have any other form of identification?"

*Thank goodness I had my work id*

"Yea here it is"

He left to look me up on his cop laptop, came back and we were both on our ways.

Crazy as it sounds, not really. This was all true. I'm so glad he didn't see me without my seatbelt and didn't say anything about it.
